This exclusive property is constructed in a quiet building with a lift, so that living in a 3rd floor will be all advantages. You'll be able to do the groceries' shopping or going up and down with your cherished surf board without any serious complications. In fact, there is no need to worry about this. We can do the shopping for you and rent you a board if you fancy going surfing. Simply ask us for further details and our rates!
Following the hallway it leads to an open plan living and dining area painted in white and with grey parquet flooring. It's a spacious room with a comfortable sofa bed and lots of storage capacity thanks to the 2 built-in wardrobes on each side and several multipurpose chests of drawers.
Enjoy sunlight all day long, as the sliding glass doors open into a lovely terrace boasting a table with 2 deck chairs and breath taking views of the sea. All in all, a great outside space when it's time for the dolce vita in the open-air.
Right next to the lounge area, there's the double room with a fitted wardrobe and a side table. The mattress is brand new and so is all the furniture in this charming flat. The long pile cotton rugs in all the rooms, including the kitchen, are a particular feature that together with the simple, yet modern decoration, make this apartment so sensational.
The kitchen has all the main appliances you might need during your stay: a gas cooker, oven, coffee machine, fridge, microwave and a double sink. The bathroom is fully functional with a bath, toilet, bidet, hand basin, vanity mirror and a washing machine for your laundry days during your stay. You won't be missing anything there.
On the rear side of the building, we've got another apartment of the same size with mountain views. If some friends decide to join the holidays with you, you can always rent both of them and accommodate up to 8 people in total. Enjoy the adventure in Sitges together, but keep some privacy to yourself with separate flats. Either way you look at it, this seafront apartment is all advantages!
